Call 1-800-992-1997 and ask for your build status using the VIN number or the VON [vehicle order number which is assigned when the order is inputed into the system]. You receive an alphanumeric code giving you the current status.
Call weekly to get an update. Also go to this site to check for Production Holds or Delays: ARIFLEET
Ask for a "case" number to make it go faster.

- BB - review by fleet department (Fleet Orders

- BD - special equipment processing (Fleet

- BE - edit error (Conflict with Options

- BG - passed edit n/a for schedule
- BGL - edit ok parts unavailable
- BX - passed edit available for schedule (Means
you have a good order that can be scheduled if allocated)
- C - sub firm
- D - firm schedule - dealer has allocation and
all parts available (Scheduled for Build)
- D1 - gateline schedule (Production Has Begun)
- E - frame
- F - paint
- G - trim
- I - built not ok'd (Not Inspected Yet)
- J - built ok'd (Passed Quality Control)
- JB - shipped to body vendor (Fleet Orders)
- JE - emission check
- JS - shipped to storage (Can be due to
shipping availability delays or due to possible problems that need to be
fixed/adjusted on the vehicle)
- KZ - released by plant , invoiced (Dealer has
now received the true invoice)
- KZL - released - not shipped
- KZM - first rail departure
- KZN - first rail arrival
- KZO - delayed/received
- KZOA - plant holds
- KZOB - zone/distribution holds
- KZOC - carrier delays
- KZOD - carrier holds
- KZOE - mis-shipped vehicle
- KZOF - show/test vehicle
- KZOG - damaged vehicle
- KZOH - all other reasons
- KZT - second rail departure
- KZU - second rail arrival
